1. Who we are

These terms govern the use of travelvip.world (“the Site”), operated by TRAVEL VIP (“we”, “us”). We are an independent ticket reseller. We are not the operator of Shibuya Sky, and we are not affiliated with Shibuya Scramble Square, Tokyu Corporation or any of their subsidiaries.

2. The contract

By completing a booking you enter into a contract with TRAVEL VIP for the supply of a dated entry ticket. The ticket itself is subject to the admission rules of the operator, which you accept on arrival — including security screening, bag policy, dress and conduct rules, and the right of the operator to refuse or remove any visitor.

3. Bookings

• Entry is timed. Your date and time slot are printed on the e-ticket and are binding.
• Late arrivals may be refused by the operator without refund.
• Names on the booking should match the identification the operator may request.
• You must check the e-ticket as soon as it arrives and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Japanese yen (JPY) and include applicable Japanese consumption tax.
• Your card is encrypted in your browser before transmission. We never receive or store the full card number or CVV.
• Payment is captured at the moment of booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive the confirmation email with a booking reference.
• Where a 3-D Secure step is required, the card issuer may decline the transaction. We are not responsible for issuer declines.

5. Cancellation, changes and refunds

Free cancellation and free date changes up to 24 hours before the booked slot. Inside 24 hours, tickets are non-refundable. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.

6. Weather and operational closure

The open-air Sky Stage closes in high wind, heavy rain or lightning. The indoor Sky Gallery remains open and the ticket stays valid, so no refund is due. If the entire facility is closed by the operator, you may choose a full refund or a free date change.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate personal and payment details, to use the Site only for lawful bookings, and not to attempt to interfere with the Site, its payment flow or its security controls.

8. Limitation of liability

We are liable only for the correct supply of the ticket you purchased. We are not liable for: the operator’s decisions on the day; travel, accommodation or other indirect costs; loss caused by weather, strikes, transport disruption or events outside our control; or any loss arising from incorrect details you supplied. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

Photography, text and code on the Site are ours or licensed to us. “Shibuya Sky”, “Shibuya Scramble Square” and related marks belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
