Affiliate & reseller disclosure

Last updated 5 November 2026

We are not the official website

TRAVEL VIP is an independent ticket reseller. We are not the operator of Shibuya Sky, and we have no affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship relationship with Shibuya Scramble Square, Tokyu Corporation or any of their subsidiaries. The official information about the attraction is published by the operator.

How we earn

We purchase dated entry allocation and resell it at the price shown on this site. Our margin is already inside that price — we add no separate booking fee at checkout. Prices may be higher or lower than the box office on the day, because we sell a specific slot rather than a flexible ticket.

What you are buying

• A dated, timed entry ticket to Shibuya Sky, delivered as an e-ticket with a QR code.
• Support from us for the booking itself — cancellations, date changes and refunds.
• Admission subject to the operator’s rules on the day (security, conduct, weather closures).

Trademarks

“Shibuya Sky”, “Shibuya Scramble Square”, “Sky Gate”, “Sky Stage” and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear on this site purely to identify the attraction we sell tickets for.

Accuracy

We work to keep prices, hours and descriptions correct, but attractions change their schedules without notice. The confirmation email you receive is the authoritative statement of what you bought. If anything conflicts, contact us before your visit and we will correct or refund it.

Why we publish this

Because you should know exactly who you are paying before you enter a card number. This disclosure is linked in the footer of every page and inside the checkout.
